Bentley S1 Introduction

The Bentley S1 was an opulence automobile produced by Bentley Motors Limited from 1955 through 1959. It noticed Bentley parent, Rolls-Royce, cutting the differences between their Bentley and Roll-Royce models, with the S1 differing but in its radiator pattern and badging from the Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud I.

Six months after the entry of the S1, Bentley introduced the S1 Continental, a figure that had too been used equally early as 1952 on the R-Type sedan. The Continental versions have a somewhat tuned locomotive and new operation features.

With the basic smart gearbox and the added weight of elective might guidance and might panels, the gain in locomotive size was good experienced by Bentley customers. The steel-body was replaced with aluminium, so trimming the total weight of the vehicle.
